Donateurs

Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van de gegevens die door onze penningmeester worden bijgehouden op het moment dat u donateur bent:

· Naam

· Adres

· Woonplaats

· Telefoonnummer

· Email-adres

· Geboortedatum

· Bankrekeningnummer

 

Deze gegevens worden enkel gebruikt door onze penningmeester om u te informeren over

· De hoogte van uw gift bij sponsoring van een student

· Uw totale donatie gedurende een jaar  in verband met belastingaftrek

· De uitnodiging voor de donateursdag

· Actueel nieuws

 

Deze informatie wordt enkel gebruikt om u te informeren.  Als donateur gaat u akkoord met dit privacyprotocol op het moment dat u een donatie doet aan de Mtwapa Stichting. Uitzondering hierop is nieuwsgeving en uitnodiging donateursdag. Indien u dit niet wilt kunt u zich hiervoor afmelden. Op dat moment worden uw gegevens alleen gebruikt voor de eerste twee items.

 

Uw gegevens worden alleen lokaal opgeslagen op de computer van de penningmeester en niet in de cloud. De backup van deze gegevens wordt gemaakt op een externe harde schijf die op dezelfde locatie verblijft als de originele gegevens.

 

Mocht u zich willen afmelden als donateur dan kunt u dit schriftelijk kenbaar maken aan de penningmeester. Als u een kind sponsort kan opzegging per direct alleen bij calamiteiten, zoals ontslag, overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid e.d. Anders  is opzegging alleen mogelijk met ingang van het volgende schooljaar. U dient in dat geval de penningmeester  minimaal voor 1 november van het nieuwe schooljaar op de hoogte te stellen van uw voornemen de donaties te stoppen. (Een schooljaar begint in Kenia op 1 januari.) Doneert u jaarlijks een bedrag dan kunt u dit ten allen tijden schriftelijk opzeggen bij de penningmeester.

 

Studenten op website

Verder hebben wij op onze site een aantal gegevens van onze studenten staan, zoals naam, opleidingsinstituut, klas en soms enige achtergrond informatie.  Deze informatie gebruiken wij om u inzicht te geven in de globale vorderingen van onze studenten en u enig zicht te geven op de situatie waarin de studenten verkeren. Van de studenten worden geen adresgegevens bijgehouden, omdat in Mtwapa Kenia bijna niemand aan een straat woont met een naam of nummer. Wel zijn wij als bestuur op de hoogte van alle woonplaatsen, omdat wij hen persoonlijk hebben bezocht.  Alle studenten zijn op de hoogte van hetgeen over hen is opgeslagen en kunnen dit nalezen, omdat de site ook in het Engels is vertaald.

Donors

Below you will find an overview of the data kept by our treasurer when you are a donor :

· Name

· Address

· Residence

· Telephone number

· E-mail address

· Date of birth

· Bank account number

 

This information is only used by our treasurer to inform you about:

· Amount of your gift when sponsoring a student

· Your total donation during one year in connection with the deduction

· The invitation for the donors day

· Current news

 

This information is only used to inform you. As a donor you agree to this privacy protocol the moment you make a donation to the Mtwapa Foundation. An exception to this is news coverage and invitation to donor day. If you do not want this, you can unsubscribe. At that time your data will only be used for the first two items.

 

.Your data is only stored locally on the treasurer's computer and not in the cloud. The backup of this data is made on an external hard drive that resides in the same location as the original data.

 

.If you wish to deregister as a donor, you can make this known to the treasurer in writing or by mail . If you sponsor a child, termination can only be done immediately in the event of an emergency, such as dismissal, death, disability, etc. Otherwise termination is only possible from the following school year. You should in that case inform the treasurer at least before November 1 of the new school of your intention to stop the donations (new school years start in Kenya at January 1.) If you donate an annual amount, you can cancel this at any time in writing or by mail with the treasurer.

 

Students on website

Furthermore we've got a few details of our students on our site, including names, training, class and sometimes some background information. We use this information to give you insight information into the global progress of our students and the situation of the students at home. No address details are kept of the students, because in Mtwapa Kenya almost no one lives on a street with a name or number. We, as the board, are aware of all places of residence, because we have visited them personally. ll students are aware of what is stored about them and can read it because the site has also been translated into English.
